1. Cancelling or Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please let us know as early as possible — preferably before your appointment time — by phone or WhatsApp, so the slot can be offered to other guests.

2. Payment and Refunds

No online payment or product sales are made through the website; service fees are paid at the salon after the service. Therefore there is no online refund process. Please share any feedback about a service with the salon — we'll do our best to resolve it.
